2 1/2 c. cooked beets, drained
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. beet water
1 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch and dash of salt. Add vinegar and water; cook until thick and clear. Blend in beets; top with butter.
