Ingredients:  
2 heads cauliflower separated into florets (not too small or they will burn)
Garlic to taste
1/3 C olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1 C (give or take) sliced almonds (can be toasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Position oven rack to upper third shelf.
Bake 25-30 mins @ 400-425 degrees (longer if you want them more crispy)
Mix garlic, oil, salt, pepper, and cumin together. Coat the cauliflower and lay on baking sheet. Mix with almonds, toss and serve.
