1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, with juice

Frosting:
1 container (16 ounces) Cool Whip
1 package (3 ounces) vanilla instant pudding
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple, crushed, with juice

Mix together all ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds; mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into two 8 or 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 ºF for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the centers of cakes comes out clean. Let cool.

Frosting:
Mix together all ingredients on high speed for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Frost cake.

To make this recipe gluten free, the following ingredients will need to be replaced: Duncan Hines white cake mix. Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix is a good brand to use.
