1/4 cup Heinz Ketchup

Whisk the Hellman's Mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth then add the ketchup.

This is an Abelson specialty -- fantastic with shrimp instead of cocktail sauce.

We go to Scoma's Restaurant in San Francisco and Barry always orders Shrimp Louie...a beautiful salad plate covered in big shrimp with avocado and Louie Sauce.
Looks fantastic!!
