2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar (white or brown)
2 eggs
2 cups (or more) frozen blueberries
1½ tablespoons lemon zest
½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

The Glaze:
•1½ cups powdered sugar
•1 tablespoon lemon juice

1.Preheat your oven to 350 F
2.Line a 8 inch square pan with parchment paper
3.In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and lemon zest
4.Add butter, eggs and sour cream
5.Mix until just combined
6.Gently fold in blueberries, do not overmix
7.Spread out the batter in your baking pan
8.Bake for 45-55 minutes
9.While the cake is still hot combine powdered sugar and lemon juice (it should be very thick) and brush over cake
