2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour (all purpose)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs,add sugar gradually, Beat till fluffy.add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add. Beat well. Add milk( brought to boil) with butter. Beat again.Bake in greased pan 9X9X2 at 350* for 25-30 min.

Broiler Icing:
3Tbsp butter
5 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp milk or cream
1 cup coconut or 1/2 cup nuts
pour over baked cake and Broil
