1/3 c butter
4 eggs
1 c flour
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425 degrees.
Melt 1/3 c butter in glass pan in oven while preheating.
Mix eggs, flour & milk in bowl
Pour into pan - Bake 15 minutes
Serve with a little maple syrup / powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Can also be done in 4 individual bowls - just put part of butter
in each bowl, and pour into individual bowls and bake 15
minutes. -- They will puff up and then go flat.
