1 Box Uncle Ben's Original Wild Rice
1 Pound Bulk Pork Hot Sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1/3 Cup White Onions (Chopped)
1/3 Cup Green or Red Bell Peppers (Chopped)
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper, Optional
1-1/2 Cups Water

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook sausage, drain and crumble into small pieces. In a pot, add wild rice and seasoning packet, peppers, onions, sausage, and water. Boil on medium heat, uncovered, for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
