1 Layer of potatoes
1 Layer of onion
1 Layer of carrot, corn and peas
1 lb Lean ground beef
2 c Sausage
1 can Tomato soup (diluted with 3/4 can of water)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and sausage. Drain off fat. Layer vegetables, ground beef and tomato soup in medium sized casserole dish. Top with the sausage. Add salt and pepper as desired.

Bake at 350º for 60 minutes.

Add more tomato soup if needed.

Dawn's version: Layer vegetables and 1/4 cup of rice. Top with raw pork or breakfast sausage. Pour 1 tin of tomato soup and 1 soup tin of water over all and bake for 1 hour at 350.
