1-1/2 Sticks Butter
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan; add garlic and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. Slowly stir in heavy cream and whisk. Reduce heat to low and add black pepper, salt, parmesan cheese and nutmeg and continue to stir/whisk. Serve with Fettucine noodles.
