1 - 8 Ounce Bag or Box of Macaroni (Elbow or Penne Pasta)
1/2 Stick Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1- 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Sliced Swiss Cheese
1/2 to 1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 to 1 Tsp. White Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions (usually about 8 minutes in boiling water) and drain. Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour and stir until dissolved. Add milk and cheddar cheese and stir until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter. Add one half of the pasta and sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Add remaining pasta. Pour milk and cheese mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
