1 Tsp. Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Mashed
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Tsp. Ground Pepper
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
1/4 Tsp. Greek Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Brandy
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
Directions:
Directions:
Sautee garlic in olive oil. Add cream, pepper, feta cheese and Greek seasoning and cook until bubbly. Add Brandy. Then add lemon juice and cook for one minute. Serve over vegetables, such as asparagus and green beans.
