4 Cups Water
2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
2 Large Onions, Chopped
2 Tsp. Garlic, Minced or Chopped
3 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp. Cumin
1 Tsp. Allspice
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 Can Tomato Paste (6 Ounces)
2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 Bay Leaves

Directions:
Cook ground beef and onions in large pot and drain. Add water, garlic and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti.
