1 Pound Crab Meat
1 Egg
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Minced Parsley
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except crab meat and bread crumbs to form a paste. Add crab meat and small amount of bread crumbs to form the crab cakes into 2 inch flat cakes. Refrigerate 2 hours. Fry in iron skillet in hot oil until golden brown.
