1 deep dish pie crust
6 Large eggs
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cans Hormel ham
1 can mixed vegetables
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Paprika
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wisp eggs, cheese, soup, salt & pepper till smooth.
Spread ham in layer on bottom of pie crust.
Drain and cut vegetables to 1/4" size pieces and fold into egg mixture.
Pour mix into deep dish pie crust over the ham pieces.
Sprinkle a wheel spoke design of Paprika on top.
Bake in 400 degree oven till set (approx. 30 min).
Serve hot with garden salad.

It's a meal in one dish and you can call it "Scrambled Egg Pie" for the "Real Men who Don't Eat Quiche"
