4 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup Jim Dandy Quick Grits
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. process cheese with jalapeño peppers, cubed
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeño peppers
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat over to 350º. Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Bring water and salt to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in grits, cover; reduce heat to low, cook 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Stir in cheeses and butter until melted. Add eggs, jalapeño pepper and Worcestershire sauce; blend well. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 40 - 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
