1 Cup Butter or margarine
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup light or dark Corn syrup
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp Vanilla
24 Cups of popped corn (in Brown bag-no butter in microwave)
Optional: Nuts 1 Cup

Preheat oven to 250º In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil stirring constantly and then let boil for 5 more minutes without stirring. Remove form heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Add nut if desired and Pour over popped corn and mix well. Place in baking dish/es and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely and break apart.
