3 cups ground fully cooked ham
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. dill pickle relish or diced pickles
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Chop ham in food processor. Combine all ingredients and serve on toasted bread or crackers.

An old family favorite from past generations. Mom used a grinder for this attached to the table long before food processors were invented!
