1 c Whipping Cream
1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley (or 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley)
1/8 tsp Minced Garlic

Combine margarine and whipping cream in small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer on medium-low.

Add remaining 4 ingredients. Stir to heat through.
