10 cabbage leaves
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. chili sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 beef bouillon cube
2 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Wilt the cabbage leaves in hot water for 20 minutes. Combine hamburger, salt, pepper, chili sauce, egg and rice. Mix well. Spoon mixture on each cabbage leaf and fasten with a toothpick. Place in heavy Dutch oven. Dissolve bouillon cube in 2 cups hot water and pour over cabbage rolls. Cover tightly and simmer 1 hour. Can be put in a 9x13-inch pan covered with foil and baked for 1 hour at 350º. Make 10 rolls.
