2 ripe avocados
1 small onion, chopped
1 jalapeņo chili
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. snipped coriander or 1/4 tsp. dried coriander (optional)1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium tomato, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mash avocado. (Be sure to save the avocado seed.) Add onion, chili, lime juice, coriander and salt. Place in a serving bowl and put the avocado seed in the middle. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
