1 lb ground chuck browned and drained
1 lb pork browned and drained
1 med onion diced
16 oz jar sauerkraut
1 small head cabbage
1 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp each salt & pepper
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup white rice uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown both meats and combine. Add onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper, cook until onion is translucent then drain and add sauerkraut. Stir rice into meat mixture. Chop cabbage into bite size pieces.

Place cabbage layer in bottom of Dutch oven. Place meat and rice mixture on top and cover with ketchup. Add water and cover. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours until rice is tender.
