1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 cups ketchup
5 sprigs fresh thyme
2 slices bacon
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
pinch salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap bacon around thyme and secure with toothpicks. Cut onion into quarters and chopped garlic cloves. Saute onion, garlic and bacon wrapped thyme in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on medium low for 20 mins.
