1 lb. butter
1 lb. cream cheese
2 lbs. powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Allow butter and cream cheese to reach room temperature. Beat cream cheese and butter together in a bowl with a mixer. Slowly add in all powdered sugar. Once all of the sugar is in the bowl, mix for 9 to 10 minutes. When almost done add in vanilla.

I also use this same recipe for my famous Peanut Butter Cinnamon Frosting by adding peanut butter to your liking. I usually start with 3/4 cup and go from there.

A tip for frosting the cinnamon rolls so the frosting won't stick to the plastic wrap when you are covering them, is to warm up in the microwave about two cups for 45 seconds: stir and spread on cooled cinnamon rolls.
