Directions:1.) I use my Bosch mixer, put all ingredients in up through the 12 cups of flour, with the yeast on top. Pulse till the flour is completely moistened. Sponge for 15 - 20 minutes or after the bread is completely kneeded. 2.) Kneed on lowest speed while adding additional flour. Add ONLY enough flour until the dough cleans the sides of the bowl. Then turn up speed and kneed for 4 - 5 minutes. 3.) Grease counter and hands and slam dough on counter 7 times. Cut the dough into 6 equal pieces and slam each one an additional 7 times. Shape and place in greased bread pans. Set on stove and cover with a cloth and let rise until doubled. Once doubled brush with egg white or with a little warm milk with melted butter. 4.) Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350º oven. 5.) Take out of pans and cool on wire rack. |

Notes: We always love the smell of fresh baked bread coming out of the oven. A fond memory is when the bread would bake over the side of the pan (which we called "boats" as it looked like a canoe) and we would butter them and add peanut butter or jam! Oh my! It's to "live" for!!😉❤️
