Ingredients: 2 1/2 tsp. yeast ( I order my yeast from Bob's Red Mill) 1 cup of warm water 1 tsp. sea salt 2 tsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. Artisan Fresh Dipping Oil Garlic & Herb (made with extra virgin oil) * Can order on Amazon. 2 1/4 cups of Bob's Red Mill Enriched Unbromated Unbleached White Flour * I order from www.bobsredmill.com

Directions:Important: If you choose to use other brands to make this crust...it will not turn out as beautiful.
In a glass bowl add yeast and water and whisk well. Add salt, sugar and oil. Whisk well. Add the flour and begin to bring it together with your hands. If a little sticky start by adding just a little more flour (less then a 1/4 cup). This will make one large pizza crust. The dough should not feel heavy. It should feel very satiny and light. Spray the bowl with Pam Spray and cover tight with plastic wrap. Set in a warm place (stove top works nice). Let rise till it fills most of the bowl. About 1.5 to 2 hours.
Roll out on a floured surface and place on pizza pan sprayed with Pam Spray. You will need to use a pan with little holes in the bottom. (Can be found at Bed, Bath and Beyond.) the pizza pan does make a difference in how your crust will turn out as well. |

Notes: I'm ONLY sharing my secret homemade pizza crust recipe with you because you are my family!!!! If anyone else finds this out, besides family, we will need to take them out! (Keep that in mind if you are ever tempted to share!)
