1 1/2 lbs. (90/10 hamburger or 80/20)
1 Can Tamales
Several handfuls uncooked rice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup minced onions
2 cans tomato soup
Red, Yellow or Orange Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly. Mix in 1/2 can of tomato soup undiluted.
Clean and stuff peppers.
Place in large casserole - mix remaining soup with 3/4 can of water and pour over peppers.
Bake in 350º oven 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
