4 1/2 c. Sugar
1 can evaporated milk
12 oz. pkg. large marshmallows
2 sticks butter
3 (6 oz. ea.) chocolate chips
3 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. Walnuts (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar and milk for 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter, marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and walnuts.
Stir until all ingredients are melted.
Pour into a lightly buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
Makes 5 lbs of yummy yummy fudge!
