Potato Dumplings


For the potato dumplings mix 2 cups mashed potatoes and 2 cups flour together and form in to balls place in bowling water and cook for 30 minutes.

Cool cut into slices and add to pork ribs or pork roast yummy

Or also you can slice them and fry them using 2 tablespoons of canola oil and frying until they are golden brown

Note: I remember going to grandmas and she would have this cooking in the oven … with a pork roast, or chicken. Oh the smells from her kitchen.



This recipe was given to my grandmother by her grandmother, who lived in Bohemia.


They also used fennel seeds in this recipe but I do not add them
