1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup milk
¼ cup buttermilk
2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
2 packages of shredded cabbage

Mix the first 5 ingredients together, then add cabbage and mix well
Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

If you do not have Buttermilk you can add 2 tsp’s of vinegar to the milk.
Or Buy a small butter milk and then make butter milk pancakes for breakfast the next day.
