2 small or 1 large can salmon (preferably wild)
1-2 Tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
Optional:
chopped red, green, orange, and/or yellow pepper
chopped sweet Vidalia onion
chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise and Curry paste in a medium bowl (add Curry paste to taste). Add salmon, mix well. Add chopped red pepper and Vidalia onion (or any other mixins as desired). Serve in a sandwich with good bread, or over mixed greens for a salad.
