1 c. flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Place a stick of butter on a cookie sheet with sides and place in the heated oven until melted. Mix together the Parmesan and flour in a Ziplock bag. Quarter potatoes and place in bag to coat. Lay potatoes in melted butter and bake for 45 minutes or until done. Serve with sour cream or ranch.
