1/2 lb. Italian sausage
2 cups low fat milk
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 rigatonoi pasta (cooked and drained)
2 1/2 cups (10 oz) Mozzarella cheese
1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp seasoned pepper
2-3 tbsp dried bread crumbs

Directions:
In large skillet, crumble sausage, brown 5 min.; drain fat. Stir in mixture of milk and flour. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Stir in pasta,cheeses,garlic salt and seasoned pepper. Place in1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake in 350 pre-heated oven for 25 min. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place under broiler to brown.
