1/4 c. sugar
1 T. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
1/8 c. bacon drippings
1/4 lbs. cooked bacon, chopped
1 qt. cooked, cubed potatoes
1 egg
2 T. chopped onion
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, salt, pepper; stir in the vinegar, water and bacon drippings. Add beaten egg. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add potatoes, onion and bacon pieces. Toss lightly to mix well. Serve warm.
