2/3 c Margarine
2/3 c White Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 c Flour
2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
#1 - Cream together margarine and white sugar. Add Egg Yolks, vanilla, baking powder and flour.
Press to bottom of 8 x 12 pan.

#2 - Topping: Beat 4 egg whites and brown sugar (adding sugar a little at a time). When fluffy, you can add walnuts.

#3 - Top crust with brown sugar meringue and bake for 30 minutes at 350º F. Meringue should be brown and breaking.
