1/4 c ketchup
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 c water

Mix all ingredients, heat through, and serve with meatballs.
