4 medium sized Yucas, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces, or 1 pack Frozen Yuca
1 large Spanish Onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup Sour Orange Juice
1 tbsp Cilantro
6 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup Extra Olive Oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the yuca until tender and set aside in bowl.

Mix the onions, sour orange juice, cilantro and garlic and pour it over yuca.

In a pan heat up oil until very hot (don't let it smoke).

Pour the hot oil over the yuca and serve.
