1. Have guest write their name on a quart-size Ziploc freezer bag with a permanent marker.
2. Crack 2 eggs into the bag(not more than two), shake to beat them.
3. Put out a variety of ingredients such as meats(cooked)
cheeses, vegetables.
4. Each guest adds ingredients of choice to their bag and shake. Make sure to get the air out of the bag and
zip it up.

5. Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 15 minutes. No more than 6 to 8 per pot of water.
When done open the bag and the omelet will roll out easily, perfectly done and ready to eat.
This works great!! You will be amazed. Good for when you have a large group for breakfast or brunch.
Serves as many as you like. Just have more pots of water if needed.
