1 baked 9” pie shell
4 C. blueberries
Glaze:
2/3 C. water
3/4 C. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
1 C. blueberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place 4 C. berries in pie shell. In sauce pan, combine next 4 ingredients for glaze. Cook until thick and clear, stirring frequently; approximately 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in butter and lemon juice. Pour over berries in pie crust. Cool and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream and a few berries sprinkled on top.
