1 egg (separated)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white till fluffy add sugar and vanilla set aside.
Whip cream and set aside.
Beat egg yolk approximately 3 minutes then add milk.
Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Freeze.
This is very good when you use maple flavoring instead of vanilla and add a few walnuts.
