2 jars dried beef
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion chopped into small pieces
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese , softened
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Rinse dried beef in warm water briefly. Drain well and pat dry with a paper towel. Chip beef slices into fine pieces. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. The fastest way to do this is to mix the ingredients by hand. Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with Town House or Ritz crackers.
