1 - 14 oz. can diced tomatoes with Green Chile Peppers, drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 large cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup diced green onions
1 1/2 T. taco seasoning mix
2 jalapenos, minced - more or less to taste **
1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed

** If a hotter dip is desired, add more jalapenos.

Place the diced tomatoes, cheese, chicken, sour cream, green onion, taco seasoning and jalapeno peppers into a crock pot.
Cook on high 1-2 hours. Stirring occasionally until the cheese has melted and the dip is hot. Stir in the black beans and cook 15 additional minutes to reheat. Serve with Nacho chips.
