1 sm. container French onion dip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (2 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 green onion, finely chopped, optional
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Blend onion dip and cream cheese together. Chop thinly sliced beef into small pieces and add with cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Thoroughly mix together. Place mixture in serving container, cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Serve with assorted crackers. Optional: When adding cheddar cheese, you might also add chopped green onion and/or parsley flakes for additional flavor and color. Or, simply sprinkle parsley flakes over top of spread for presentation.
