Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs
2-3 Tbsp. salad dressing
1/2-1 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
dash of pepper
sweet pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs in pan of cold water, covering them with an inch above the eggs. Cover with a lid and turn burner on high. When they start to boil, turn burner off and leave pan on the burner, covered. Set timer for 16 minutes. When the time is up drain and run cold water over eggs a time or two to stop cooking. Peel eggs and cut in half. Put yolks in a small bowl. Smash yolks with a fork until they are crumbled up. Add salad dressing, sugar, salt, pepper and enough pickle juice to make them the consistency you want. Be careful, it doesn't take much juice. Fill whites with yolk mixture. It is hard to give exact measurements as size of eggs makes a difference and brown eggs have more white and less yolk. Fresh eggs do not peel easily, so if you have your own chickens, try to use the oldest.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Do not buy chickens if you do not want to be elected to make deviled eggs for family get togethers.
