1 Vanilla cake mix
3 eggs (powdered)
1/3 cup oil
1-1/2 cup dehydrated cherries (plus water to rehydrate)
2 packages vanilla sugar
1 & 1/3 cup water
Can of Devon Custard

Directions:
Directions:
At home
Mix powdered eggs with cake mix.
Pack cherries, vanilla sugar, oil and custard

At camp
Cover cherries with hot water to plump them up.
Make cake mix with oil and water (use any water not absorbed by cherries for the 1-1/3 cup of water required for cake mix)
Mix cherries into batter and pour into greased dutch oven
Sprinkle vanilla sugar on top of cake
Bake in Dutch oven
Serve with custard
