6 strips fried bacon
1/4 c. croutons
1 large bag spinach

DRESSING
2/3 c. sugar
1 medium onion, sauteed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp celery salt
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
3 heaping Tbsp. mustard

Beat dressing ingredients together. Pour over eggs, bacon, spinach and croutons.
