1 lb. mini shells pasta
2 c. whole milk
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. grated cheddar-jack cheese
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat the milk and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add the cheeses and stir until melted.
Stir in the pepper and salts.
Drain the pasta and stir into the cheese sauce. Serve immediately.

Recipe serves at least 6 and can easily be halved.
It was very peppery - considered reducing the amount of pepper.
