1/2 lb. Penne Pasta, cooked
1 lb. chopped ham
1 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 C. heavy cream
1 pt. half & half
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb. fresh/frozen peas
1 large tomato, diced
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Lightly brown ham in large skillet.Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Add cream, half & half, and egg. Stirring, simmer until it begins to thicken. Add peas tomatoes, and cheese, cooking until thick. Serve over Penne pasta in a large bowl.
