8 - 10 large potatoes
8 oz Cream cheese
8 oz Sour Cream
1/4 C milk
1 1/2 t Salt
2 T Butter, divided
Dash Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Potatoes until tender and mash, do not over mix.
Add all remaining ingredients except only 1 T butter and beat till fluffy.
At this point, you can put them in a casserole covered with wrap and leave in refrigerator for up to 24 hours if you are making them ahead of time. If you do this, let them set out of refrigerator until warm or bake it a little longer.
Before baking, top with 1 T butter and sprinkle a little paprika on top.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes uncovered.
Note: This can be frozen and baked later as well.
