3T onion, chopped and sauteed
1 lb hamburger
1 t salt
dash pepper
1/3 c bread crumbs
1/3 c milk

2 c flour
1/4 c shortening
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
3/4 c milk


Directions:
Directions:
Combine onions, hamburger, salt, pepper, crumbs and milk. Mix together. Combine flour, shortening, baking powder, salt, and milk. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Spread meat mixture over dough, roll jelly roll style. Cut into 12 slices. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 375 º for 25 minutes.
